A typical career path in First Treasury goes from consultant, to senior consultant, to manager and then to senior manager.

Please see below a short description about the different career levels in First Treasury.

Consultant

A consultant has a high level of knowledge and expertise. A consultant participates in projects, mostly as part of a group but also on occastions alone. A consultant will be responsible for work areas with problems with minor complexity. A consultant can also play an important role for data gathering and documentation. A consultant plays an important and vital role to the final result delivered to our clients.

Senior Consultant

A senior consultant has a higher level of knowledge and expertise than a consultant. A senior consultant can take responsibility for smaller and medium sized projects. A senior consultant can work individually on problems with higher complexity. A senior consultant has either worked with First Treasury for a minimum of two years, or has a long experience from previous positions.

Manager

A manager can deliver consulting services fully independent, and is thus able to take initiatives and take responsibility for large projects and lead teams of First Treasury consultants. A manager will often also be responsible for all contact with a given client. The level of professional competence of a manager is high. A manager has completed a number of projects for several clients.

Senior Managers

A senior manager can deliver very complex consulting services fully independent, and is thus able to take initiatives and take responsibility for very large projects and lead larger teams of First Treasury consultants. A senior manager will often also be responsible for all contact with one or more clients. The level of professional competence of a senior manager is very high. A senior manager has completed a number of projects for several clients.  A senior manager has also a sales responsibility.
