If you find First Treasury interesting as an employer, the first step is to send an application, together with your CV. You can either send us an open application – we are always interested in talented candidates – or you can apply directly to one of our vacant positions. Please e-mail this to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Naturally, you are of course always welcome to call one of the partners or one of the country managers if you have any questions regarding First Treasury. The second step in the application process is that we’ll contact you to arrange a first meeting between you and one of our teams. At this meeting you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about First Treasury and the people that work here as well as what it means to be an employee at First Treasury. On our part we’ll seize the opportunity to find out more about you, your education and experiences. We view the interviews as important for us as well as for you. In order for us to get the right people onboard, we need to make sure that you have the qualifications needed and you yourself need to make sure that First Treasury aligns with your career goals and aspirations. At First Treasury, we don’t use standardised tests or group assessments because we feel there are much better ways to learn about you from both a personal and a professional standpoint. We will share as much information as possible about how it is to work as a consultant at First Treasury in order to help you make an informed and correct decision. The third step of the application process is a second interview. It will be held with one of the partners and perhaps with someone from the team. The people you will meet will depend on where in the organisation you will fit in. At the second interview you will also be asked for references. The fourth and final step in the process is the negotiation of contract terms for employment. This will typically be done with one of the partners. When we have an agreement we will decide on a good time for you to start and look forward to welcoming you and introducing you to our team! |
