Our leadership is provided based both on our state of the art knowledge in our areas of expertise as well as how we manage the programmes and projects we are asked to undertake. Part of the leadership we provide is also an assurance of quality in the work we deliver.

In First Treasury’s delivery methodology, quality assurance is implicitly included.

• We start with an analysis that shall be approved by the client
• A solution design is then made which the client signs off
• The solution is then realised, tested and finally a UAT (user acceptance test) is performed and signed-off by the client

Finally the solution goes live and we have, by following the methodology, ensured that the solution meets the agreed quality.

In relation to the client, we have a Key Account Manager with overall responsibility for Quality Assurance of First Treasury's activities towards the client. The Key Account Manager is responsible for all First Treasury's operations in relation to the client. He is also responsible for informing the client about specific client issues (security issues, methods used in connection with project work etc).

First Treasury can assist in delivering Leadership for all phases of, for example, a project implementing a new Treasury solution. First Treasury has:

• Experience with the First Treasury delivery methodology, goals, steps and documentation
• Experience from similar projects with other clients
• Knowledge of the pros and cons of alternative Treasury solutions, pitfalls and best practice 
• Experience in scoping, planning, estimating, managing, communicating and co-ordinating this kind of project
• Change Management procedures are used to avoid unintended scope creep and ensure time, price and quality is as agreed
• Constant focus on the clients business case, success criteria, stakeholders, Key Performance Indicators, budget, scope, progress and goals
• Experienced, dedicated and responsible project management with persistent and full focus on the project leading to a faster and more optimal implementation
