Our leadership is provided based both on our state of the art knowledge in our areas of expertise as well as how we manage the programmes and projects we are asked to undertake. Part of the leadership we provide is also an assurance of quality in the work we deliver. In First Treasury’s delivery methodology, quality assurance is implicitly included.
Finally the solution goes live and we have, by following the methodology, ensured that the solution meets the agreed quality. In relation to the client, we have a Key Account Manager with overall responsibility for Quality Assurance of First Treasury's activities towards the client. The Key Account Manager is responsible for all First Treasury's operations in relation to the client. He is also responsible for informing the client about specific client issues (security issues, methods used in connection with project work etc).
