In First Treasury, the consultants have expertise in the area of analyses, design and implementation of first class financial processes.

When a new financial solution is implemented or an existing one is changed, processes can and will be affected. New processes need to be defined, and resources assigned to them.

We have experience from implementing solutions and understand the importance of taking the effects of financial processes into account. This knowledge has a theoretical basis in combination with hands-on experience in a range of financial institutions.

In the area of financial processes and solutions, First Treasury has experience from and has delivered solutions such as:

  • Optimisation and implementation of new or existing Back-, Middle- and Front Office and Accounting routines.
  • Development of reconciliation processes – for example for the reconciliation between accounting and investment management systems
  • Assistance in the daily operation for example Back-, Middle- and Front office and Accounting.
  • Implementation of routines and processes for making changes in Master data.
  • Development and implementation of processes for uploading market data.
  • Development and implementation of cash flow forecasting processes.
  • Development and implementation of processes for performing hedge accounting.
